Turn designer approved layouts into vendor ready drawings and product specifications, primarily for our Teknion office furniture line, and support each order through to delivery. This role works closely with our sales and project management team and follows a project from design hand off through to the client's site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare AutoCAD specification drawings from designer-approved layouts, matching products to the correct line, primarily Teknion.
Prepare bills of materials and place vendor orders.
Track orders through production, shipping, and customs clearance, verifying manifests against orders.
Coordinate delivery and installation logistics with the sales and project management team.
Manage project changes, updating specifications and orders as required.
Support project administration and vendor coordination throughout specification projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two (2) years' experience with AutoCAD and furniture specifications is required.
Knowledge of Teknion or a similar systems furniture line preferred.
Ability to manage a varied workload, including administration and coordination across multiple design and specification projects.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through, tracking orders from design through delivery.
Please note that this is not a design role. Layouts and design concepts are provided by architects and designers before work begins.

SALES & PROJECT MANAGER
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, architects and designers, managing the full client experience from initial enquiry through quotation, ordering, installation, and after-sales support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, developing and maintaining schedules that meet client expectations and site deadlines.
Apply project management best practices, including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
Monitor project budgets, identifying cost or scope changes early and obtaining approvals before additional costs are incurred.
Process client orders, including purchase orders, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and receiving.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for installations, including scaffolding, craning, access equipment, permits, and other site requirements.
Maintain strong product knowledge across our brands, act as the local contact for manufacturer partners, and support showroom sales and shared sales floor coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum five (5) years' experience in commercial project management or the contract furniture industry.
Strong computer literacy, including the full Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Experience with office furniture, flooring or space-planning software is an asset.
