We are looking for a Specifier & Project Coordinator to turn designer-approved layouts into vendor-ready drawings and product specifications, primarily for our Teknion office furniture line, while supporting each order through to delivery.This role works closely with our Sales and Project Management team and follows each project from design handoff through to the client's site.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Take designer-approved layouts and produce specification drawings in AutoCAD, matching products to the correct furniture line, primarily Teknion.
Prepare bills of materials and manage the order placement process with our vendors.
Track orders through production, shipping, and customs clearance, ensuring manifests match what was ordered.
Coordinate delivery and installation logistics with the Sales and Project Management team.
Manage order changes throughout a project, updating specifications and vendor orders as required.
Support general project administration and vendor coordination between specification projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
At least 2 years' experience using AutoCAD and preparing furniture specifications.
Knowledge of Teknion or a similar systems furniture line is preferred.
The ability to manage a varied workload, including project coordination and administration.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to track projects from design through delivery.

The Sales & Project Manager is the first point of contact for our customers and A&D (Architecture & Design) representatives, managing the complete client experience from the initial inquiry through quotation, ordering, installation, and after-sales support.WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the primary contact for customers and A&D representatives, managing projects from quotation through installation and ongoing support.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules that meet client expectations and site deadlines.
Apply standard project management practices, including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
Monitor project budgets, identify cost or scope changes early, and obtain approvals before additional costs are incurred.
Process client orders, including purchase orders, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and receiving.
Coordinate in-house teams and third-party vendors for installations, arranging scaffolding, craning, access equipment, permits, and other project requirements.
Maintain strong product knowledge across our furniture lines and serve as the local contact for our manufacturing partners.
Support showroom walk-in sales and share sales floor coverage with the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial project management role, preferably within the contract furniture industry.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Experience with office furniture, flooring, or space planning software is considered an asset.
